There are a few distinct differences between the two.

Firstly, BrushMAX brush has more bristles, is a little more narrow so it suits tighter gaps between teeth, is not bio-degradable and tends to be a little more stiff than the Classic.

The Classic is more gentle on gums, has less bristles, the compound is bio-degradable and tend to work best for people with larger gaps in their teeth or possibly those needing a slightly less aggressive kind of compound.

Both designs work well but choose the one that suits you best and enjoy.
